Important Notice: These Terms of Sale require the use of arbitration to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions. These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase and sale of products and services through Safe Haven Exchange (“Safe Haven Exchange,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase, under these Terms of Sale, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us before we are obligated to complete the sale. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion at any time.Purpose of Purchase; No Fiduciary Relationship
All purchases from Safe Haven Exchange are made as collectible or specialty items. They are not investments or consumer goods purchased for personal, family, or household purposes. The decision to buy is entirely your own and is not based on financial, investment, or legal advice from Safe Haven Exchange or its representatives. You agree that our relationship is strictly that of retailer and customer and not a fiduciary relationship.Prices and Payment Terms
Prices listed on our website may differ from prices offered through other sales channels. All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated. We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel any orders based on incorrect information.Accepted Payment Methods

Shipments and Deliveries
We will arrange for shipment of your products to the address you provide. Shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery. Safe Haven Exchange is not liable for delays in shipping beyond our control.Cancellation Fee
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to any orders canceled by the customer or if payment is not received within 10 days of the order.Limited Refund Policy
- Orders under $50,000: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping and handling fees, provided items are in original condition and packaging.
- Orders between $50,000 and $100,000: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Orders over $100,000, special orders, and any items designated “final sale” are non-returnable.
Online Purchases
All online purchases are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We strive for accurate product descriptions, but cannot guarantee colors, materials, or other details will match exactly due to device display variations. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition as allowed under our return policy. Availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly.Warranty and Disclaimers

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.Resolution of Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns quickly through our customer service team. If a dispute arises, the party raising the issue must first provide written notice to info@safehavenexchange.com and allow 30 days for resolution before initiating arbitration. Any unresolved disputes will be resolved through final, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) with California law governing without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.General Provisions
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any term does not waive our rights to enforce it later.
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms benefit only you and Safe Haven Exchange.
- Severability: If any term is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
