Description

Roman Empire, Constantius I (“Constantius Chlorus”), issue as Caesar, AD 305–306. BI Nummus, struck at the Trier (Augusta Treverorum) mint. Obverse: laureate bust right. Reverse: Genius standing, the GENIO POPVLI ROMANI type of the Tetrarchy. Constantius I was father of Constantine the Great and a member of Diocletian’s Tetrarchy. Graded NGC Ancients Ch VF. NGC cert 6829521-001.
